Shipping Policy​


We value every purchase, and we do our best to honour all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. To guarantee that an item reaches you when expected, please read the shipping policy below. For online orders, business shipping hours are as follows:

Monday- Friday, 9:00AM- 3:00PM AEDT, excluding public holidays. 

Items ordered after daily shipping hours will be processed the next business day. Items ordered on Friday after 3:00PM, AEDT, as well as items ordered Saturday through to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. We primarily ship through Australia Post and DHL for international orders. 


Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. 




Items purchased with express shipping need to be placed before 2:00PM AEDT in order to be processed and shipped out the same day.


If customs and tax charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for such fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs or tax charges. Please also note that international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is completely out of our control. 

For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded. 

We do not provide a return shipping label within our packaging as return international shipments are the customers responsibility. Boho blooms is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges unless an error has occurred, as we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement of compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Boho Blooms. 


All orders from New Zealand fall into category zone 1 and have a FLAT RATE standard and express shipping cost calculated at checkout via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes cary for each service, however range between 1-6 working days. Please note that due to COVID-19 impacts, Australia Post is experiencing delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes which may mean in some circumstances, your order may take longer than usual to arrive.  


Please email us for any enquiries if your requested destination country is not listed at checkout, and we will do our very best to arrange shipment with you. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you love your order once it arrives and enjoy it for many years to come. Please take the time to choose carefully, however if you are not satisfied with the quality of your order we will provide you with a FULL REFUND upon return of the blooms. Your satisfaction is our priority. We do not issue refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or failure to observe the shipping information. Should you wish to cancel your order once payment has been made, we will do our very best to issue you a refund so long as you contact our customer service team before your order is shipped. 

Your satisfaction is our upmost concern and we will do everything to ensure that you are very happy with your blooms. Please note however that each rose is a natural product which is arranged upon receiving your order so that natural variations in the size and colour of each roses will occur. 

Pre-order Policy 

From time to time, Boho Blooms will offer pre-orders on items which have sold out online and scheduled to arrive at our warehouse. Pre-orders are a convenient way to purchase items ahead of time before they are made available online, ensuring that you receive them as quickly as possible. As pre-order items are soon arriving at our warehouse, payment for orders that include any pre-order items will be charged at the time of checkout. 

When possible, our best estimate is given for the expected arrival of all pre-order products.
